Study
Rejuvant, a potential life-extending compound formulation with alpha-ketoglutarate and vitamins, conferred an average 8 year reduction in biological aging, after an average of 7 months of use, in the TruAge DNA methylation test

Summary Can this supplement make people biologically younger? Show / hide ↓
Researchers looked at 42 adults who used Rejuvant, a supplement containing alpha-ketoglutarate and several vitamins, for about 7 months. They measured DNA methylation, chemical tags on DNA that can be used to estimate biological age, before and after use. The test estimated that participants became about 8 years “younger” on average. There was no comparison group taking a placebo, and the study did not measure longer life or better health.
What this means for you: This small, uncontrolled study does not show that Rejuvant slows aging or helps people live longer. You can ignore the marketing claim unless larger studies with placebo groups confirm it.
