PRIMARY 2025
Summary Does the Blueprint protocol actually slow aging or mainly sell hope? Show / hide ↓

Researchers reviewed the Blueprint program’s public claims, diet, supplements, tests, and routines. This was not a clinical trial, so no people were assigned to follow the program and there was no control group for comparison. They compared its claims with existing human research. Some habits, such as exercise, healthy eating, and good sleep, are linked with better health, but evidence was limited or missing for many supplements and claims about reversing aging.

What this means for you: The program includes some sensible health habits, but this review does not show that the full package extends life or reverses aging. Be cautious about spending large amounts on supplements, tests, or treatments based mainly on marketing claims.
